The most popular choice for larger events at the Chateau is an exclusive use basis if needing accommodation for delegates or visiting friends & family.
All public rooms and grounds together with 12 bedrooms and 1 suite are available for use during your event and the whole hotel is yours to do with what you wish including themed weddings, disco’s and parties away days and training events.
Exclusive use commences from 11.00am for public rooms and ends on the day of departure at 11.00am. Bedrooms can be occupied as soon as they become available after 11.00am but are guaranteed for occupancy by 3.00pm. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier and store luggage.
Escape the usual corporate environments and try La Chaire for your business meetings. Our private oak panelled room is the perfect location for a smaller boardroom meeting or event for up to 16 persons while our Suite is able to accommodate up to 60 Theatre or Banquet Style and up to 40 in a boardroom setting. We can offer a day delegate package or with 12 bedrooms we can also provide 24 hour rate to include room and dinner.
