Booking terms for packages, special offers and discounted rates.
When booking a package, special offer or discounted rate you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking which will be charged to your card within 24 hours of your booking being received. Any incurred extras will be payable on departure.
PAYMENT
You will be asked to confirm your booking during the booking process with a debit or credit card including your 3 digit security code. We accept American Express, MasterCard & Visa.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL?
Packages, special offers & discounted rates are non refundable however they are fully flexible up to 24 hours before arrival which includes date changes for up to 12 months from the date of booking. They are also transferrable. (Please contact the hotel direct by email only to res@chateau-la-chaire.co.uk should you need to amend your booking). Confirmed reservations that fail to arrive will be chargeable in full and no changes can be made after the date of arrival.
THIRD PARTY COSTS
We may from time to time include third parties with some packages such as boat sailings or flights. Any penalties levied by any thid party due to booking cancellation or amendments will be your responsibility.
